What transportation services do you offer?
We offer specialized transportation services for tourism, corporate events, airport transfers, social events and executive transportation in Medellín and its surroundings.
How can I make a booking?
You can make your booking by sending us a WhatsApp message. We recommend making the reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have multiple payment alternatives to facilitate payment for our customers. We accept cash payments, bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and payments through digital platforms such as Nequi and Daviplata. We also have booking platforms for greater convenience and recognized partners such as Tripadvisor, PayPal, PayU, PSE and Bold to offer secure and convenient payment options.
Do you have insurance for passengers?
Yes, all our vehicles have current insurance policies that cover passengers throughout the journey. Our drivers are also insured.
Can you transport additional luggage?
Yes, our vehicles have capacity to transport additional luggage. We recommend informing us in advance if you need to transport special or bulky luggage.
Do you offer services outside of Medellín?
Yes, we offer services to nearby tourist destinations such as Guatapé, Santa Fe de Antioquia, Jardín, and other destinations in Antioquia. Contact us for specific destinations.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the service without additional charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a 50% charge of the service value.
Do the drivers speak English?
Some of our drivers speak basic English. If you need a driver who speaks English fluently, please indicate this when making your reservation.
